Troy Gym Upgrade - funded by travel basketball programs

6 new rims, 6 backboard pads and 4 new glass backboard were purchases and installed at Troy Intermediate School. The ALTBA contributed a large portion towards the upgrade through funds raised during travel basketball programs. The Avon Lake Recreation Department also contributed funds towards the upgrades. Working together to promote and improve the game of basketball in Avon Lake, the ALTBA, Recreation Department and School Administration helped make this happen.


One of the four new backboards and rims installed on the Troy side courts - replacing the wooden backboards.	Pictured here is one of the two main basketball hoops at Troy. Both received new padding and a new rim and net.
